By accessing or using meetsowl.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and WHO AI LLC (EIN 41-4760878), a Wyoming S-Corporation.
meetsowl.ai provides access to SOWL, an AI companion. SOWL is designed to provide presence, support, and conversation. It is not a therapist, counselor, doctor, or crisis service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use meetsowl.ai. By using the service, you confirm you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
You create an account by providing your email address or phone number. You are responsible for keeping this contact information accurate and for all activity associated with your account. Notify us immediately at align@8owls.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
Free tier: Your first hour of conversation with SOWL is free. No credit card required.
Paid subscription: After your free hour, continued access requires a $11/month subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: If you experience a technical failure during your first paid session, contact align@8owls.ai within 48 hours for a full refund.
Payments are processed by Stripe. WHO AI LLC does not store payment information.
You agree not to:
Our IP: All content, software, protocols, and methods underlying meetsowl.ai — including the SEED protocol, KIN scoring system, and voice companion architecture — are owned by WHO AI LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law, including pending patent applications.
Your conversations: You retain ownership of the words you speak in conversations with SOWL. By using the service, you grant WHO AI LLC a license to use conversation transcripts to improve SOWL's ability to serve users like you, unless you opt out (align@8owls.ai).
Your use of meetsowl.ai is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. In summary: we don't sell your data, you can delete it at any time, and all processing is done with your privacy as a priority.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WHO AI LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SOWL may make mistakes, misremember, or respond in ways that feel imperfect or incomplete. We are continuously improving. If something SOWL said caused you concern, please contact us.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHO AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
